On Monday, spotty showers will move from west to east through the morning, with rainfall amounts generally between 2 and 4 mm. Higher totals up to 10 mm are possible along the southwest coast.

Conditions will improve through the afternoon, with clearing developing across much of the region.

Temperatures will be milder, ranging from 10 to 17 degrees.

Corner Brook will reach a high of 10, some areas of central such as Gander and Bonavista North, will likely reach 17, and St. John's could see a high of 16.

A stronger low-pressure system is expected Tuesday night, which could become significant weather to eastern Newfoundland. Temperatures will also fall.
