Today, it will be mostly cloudy across Newfoundland. Rain is expected on the Avalon Peninsula and Burin Peninsula. The Avalon will see about 5 mm of rain while the Burin will receive 5 to 10 mm. There will be a risk of showers in Gander and along the Southwest Coast. Elsewhere, it will be overcast. Highs today will be quite warm, ranging from plus 2 to 10.

In Labrador, there will be some breaks in the clouds. There is, however, a risk of flurries for the coast and Happy Valley-Goose Bay region. Some steadier flurries are expected in the Churchill Falls area. Highs will range from minus 9 to 0.
