For St. John’s and the Avalon, it will start out mainly cloudy. Near noon, rain will mix with snow at times. starting near noon. Central areas will see snow early in the day, then snow will mix with rain in the afternoon. Along the west coast, expect snow or snow changing to rain in the afternoon. Highs will be generally between plus 2 and plus 4.

Western Labrador will see snow end in the afternoon with about 2 cm expected. Central areas will also see 2 to 4 cm of snow. About 2 cm is expected for the north coast, and 5 to 10 cm for the southeast coast. Highs from minus 10 to minus 1 are expected.

Sunday

The Avalon, northeast coast, central and the Northern Peninsula will see a mix of sun and cloud, and it will be cloudy elsewhere. Highs from minus 8 to 0. Sunday across most of Labrador will be sunny and cold, with highs generally in the minus 9 °C to minus 15 °C range.
