Water bombers deployed to fight fire near Kingston

There is another wildfire behind Kingston today. Water bombers have been deployed to battle the fire.

Local firefighters are closely monitoring the situation and will be working overnight to ensure it’s extinguished.

Both our Mayor and Deputy Mayor have been in touch with government officials today and will provide an update tomorrow or Tuesday.

The public is asked to avoid the area.
