There is some snow this morning on the Avalon Peninsula; the snow will change to rain later this morning before ending this afternoon. There is a risk of showers or flurries in central areas this morning, and 2 to 4 cm of snow is expected along the west coast. For the East Coast, strong winds will continue this morning. Highs will range from minus 5 to plus 6.

Conditions will be fair across Labrador with sunny skies for most areas, with highs from minus 19 to minus 12.
