Unsettled start to the weekend across the province

Unsettled weather will start the long weekend. The Avalon and Burin Peninsula will see showers, with 2 mm expected. 2 mm of rain is expected on the Northern Peninsula. There is a chance of showers elsewhere. Highs from 11 to 18 are expected.


Overcast conditions are expected across Labrador, with a chance of showers in Mary's Harbour and Churchill Falls. In western Labrador, we will see showers later today before rain changes to snow overnight. Expect highs from 5 to 12.
