Sunny skies and cold temperatures expected for most of the province today

Temperatures across the province are returning to more seasonal values today.

Some flurries are expected this morning in central Newfoundland; conditions will clear as the day wears on. Elsewhere, a mix of sun and cloud is expected. Highs will range from minus 11 to 0.

Sunshine is expected across Labrador with highs from minus 17 to minus 13.
