Snow is expected for most of the Island today

Across Newfoundland, most areas will see 5 cm of snow today. Over the Avalon, Burin, and Central, snow will change to rain in the afternoon. 2 cm of snow is anticipated on the Northern Peninsula. Highs will be between minus 2 and plus 5.

There is a risk of flurries for most of Labrador today with high temperatures ranging from minus 11 to minus 1.
