Rain and strong winds to impact portions of the province

It will be mostly nice across the Island portion of the province today with highs near 17. Along the southwest coast, rain is expected with 5 to 10 mm expected today and heavy rain tonight.

Wet weather is expected across Labrador with 5 to 10 mm of rain today in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area, late-day rain in Nain, and 2 to 4 mm of rain mixed with snow in the Churchill Falls area.
