It looks like an area of low pressure will move across Newfoundland from Monday evening to Tuesday.

While there is some uncertainty at this time, there is the potential for significant snow across parts of the Island.

On the Avalon, the likely scenario is snow to start and a transition to ice pellets and eventually rain.

Monitor updates for potential warnings. Low-pressure track adjustments could significantly impact precipitation type and intensity.
