Low to bring freezing rain and rain to Newfoundland on Monday

It looks like it will be an unsettled start to the next work week due to a low that is on a course to sweep through.

The will reach Newfoundland on Monday and will bring significant rainfall over the eastern portion of Newfoundland and freezing rain further west and north.

It's still a bit too early to discuss precipitation amounts, but it appears as though the Avalon Peninsula, the Burin Peninsula, through to Clarenville and the Bonavista Peninsula could see over 50 mm of rain.
