Freezing rain today for the Avalon, sun and cloud elsewhere

Across the Avalon Peninsula today, freezing rain is expected this morning, with about 2 to 5 mm of freezing rain expected. Freezing rain will change to rain this afternoon with about 5 to 10 mm expected. Elsewhere across the province today, a mix of sun and cloud is expected. Highs from 0 to plus 3 are expected.

It will be mostly cloudy across Labrador with a few sunny breaks. Highs will range from minus 16 to minus 2.
