A mix of sun and cloud is expected across Newfoundland today. The exception is on the eastern portion of the Great Northern Peninsula where some showers are expected this morning. Winds will be gusty today with gusts up to 70 km/h, except 100 along parks of the west coast. It will also be quite warm today with highs from 5 and 9. Temperatures along the west coast will drop to freezing later this afternoon.

In Labrador, coastal and central areas will see snow this morning, which will end this morning. Most areas will see a mix of sun and cloud by afternoon. Expect highs from minus 15 to minus 2.
