For the first day of May, we will see mostly overcast conditions across the province with a few peeks of sunshine. Highs will range from 2 to 12 degrees. Clouds will move in from the south and will linger through the weekend. There is also some rain on the way on Sunday, and a larger, more powerful storm will impact the province on Sunday Night and Monday.

It will be another nice day across Newfoundland and Labrador. We will see sunny to mostly sunny skies on the Avalon in central, and on the Great Northern Peninsula. Along the south coast, some drizzle is expected. Temperatures will range from 4 to 16. In Labrador, there is a risk of showers in the Labrador City area, and it will be fair elsewhere. Expect highs from 7 to 17.

It will be another nice day across Newfoundland and Labrador with sunny skies expected for the Island portion of the province and temperatures ranging from 5 to 17 degrees. In Labrador, most areas will see a mix of sun and cloud. Highs will range from 8 to 16 degrees.
